About me
I began my professional coaching career in 2018, after falling into the opportunity to teach Boxing and Muay Thai group fitness classes in Boston. I made the most of this opportunity and forged my dream career.
I’ve had the pleasure of coaching hundreds of people to date, and have gained experience working with a wide variety of clientele for all kinds of diverse goals. If you have a fitness problem, I bet I can help you come up with a solution.
I have also managed gyms and personal trainers in both a large corporate setting and in a small business environment. I have a passion for education, and enjoy helping passionate coaches deliver high quality coaching to their clientele.
Ultimately, I am constantly grateful to be in a position where I have the opportunity to help people better their lives through fitness. If you’re reading this, I am certain that I can be helpful to you too.
I have been a martial arts enthusiast since the age of 16, starting with karate after I had my teeth knocked out in a school fight.
Martial arts forged me into a competitive athlete, having competed in Muay Thai, Boxing, Karate, Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Most importantly, it has given me a great sense of purpose throughout my life, and has helped me make friendships all over the world.
